General trading conditions

Our terms of payment and delivery are as follows:

Delivery:
Ex works + packing costs (1% of worth of goods)

Payment:
8 days ./. 2% discount 30 days net

Delivery-time:
Usually 14 days – without engagement –

Offers and Acknowledgements:
Without engagement, subject to prior sale

Retention of title :
The goods remain our property up to complete payment          

Place of justice:
District court of Waiblingen

Complaints:
Defects are to be indicated after receipt of the goods immediately in writing.
   
Samples:
Samples are free up to a value of  € 7,50.

Reduces Amount:
less than € 100,-- order of value + reduces amount surcharge EUR 20,00.
